My little surprise

Since the last post, I went backpacking in Europe. Way overrated. I am too old for that kind of stuff. On top of it all, I am pregnant. Definitely not recommended for mommies to be. Europe is too hot in the summer and hostels are too cramped and yucky.

Now back to what is most important.... my little Mattie is brewing in me. We had several scares with him, but he is still kicking. He is so adorable in the ultrasound. He likes to suck his thumb and play with his toes. Already he is like his Mommy, multi-tasking in the womb. Now I am 24 weeks and 5 days. He can hear me, follow light, and he is a great kicker. We are thinking he can be a little soccer player. We got him lots of little boys to read, a bunch of clothes, a crib and a bassinet for him to be close to me. I guess he will be mama's boy for a while.

Well, today is also the day PS3 comes out. Of course I didn't get one becuase I am not crazy enough to camp out --- but even Costco screwed me. I logged on and it got to the screen where I can add to my cart, but of course the check out process was screwed. Oh well, I guess we will have Mattie before PS3. By then, we won't have time for it so we saved $600!!
